Radinka was highly recommended to us by our contact in Lakewood Ranch. At the time, we lived 1.5 hours away, were on a tight timeline to find a house and had a newborn, so every trip to the Sarasota/Bradenton area was critical.

When I contacted her to let her know what we were looking for and the areas we were considering, she sent a ton of great listings to review. As she spent more time with us during the first outing, she got a better idea of our taste and considerations and she really helped us to narrow down the options and areas. We could tell she was really paying attention to our needs and concerns. We have small children and a dog. So she helped us to narrow down the areas with parks, schools, helped us to determine where we could have a fence when the house was on water, etc.

We probably went out 5-7 different times for several hours at a time. We were not easy clients! She had lots of patience and weighed in on pros and cons of each house to help us determine what we really needed. Every time, she followed up on questions asked, area/community information, etc. This information helped us to narrow down the search even further. When we finally found the perfect house on-line, she drove out of her way to pre-view it for us and was willing to show the house to us Christmas week so we wouldn’t run the risk of losing it. She was so accommodating and helpful!

We came to an agreement on the house and Radinka took it from there. She really held our hand through the entire process. She was there for us every step of the way and we really couldn’t have done it without her! Since then, my brother-in-law & sister-in-law came to visit and decided they loved our neighborhood. So I recommended Radinka and she helped them find their dream home too!
